Okay.... so I decided to have a go at a drawing exercise - "Let Go of Looking Good" on the Sketchbook Challenge blog. The idea is to draw yourself with white crayon on a white background. Look at yourself in a mirror and draw yourself without looking at the paper. Once the exercise is finished, paint over the white crayon with watercolours to reveal the image. Now I know how Picasso did it. No rude comments please. LMAO!

On a positive note, you chose a beautiful colour ;0)))
ROFL ROFL ROFL- why have you got 2 chins??????:)))))
At least it looks like a face Carol - if I tried it I doubt the lines would link up. Well done. If you frame it and send it to a gallery for modern art, someone might pay a nice sum for it!
Great Picassoesque effect!
Well, at least I'll be able to recognise you tomorrow now that I've seen your self portrait. lol
I think it's great Carol!
Great fun and brave! well done XOXO Zoe
Well Carol I would say it is better than Piccaso. I really don't see what people see in his work. I am always getting in trouble for saying that
I think it looks pretty good! I love drawing lessons.
ROFL

Nice one Carol! Now that has really made my chuckle! :))) xx
Brilliant Carol.

Brilliant fun Carol, although a bit of Botox is needed......terrific exercise, now chins up and have another go....oops sorry, bad humour. Annette x
ROFLOL!! Good for you being brave enough to post it!!
Looks good to me !!
I think it is very artistic and I agree...you should frame it and sent it to a gallery!
WOW What a brilliant idea, I love it and so much fun xxxx
Brilliant, love the two chins and the mouth is really good.
Very Picasso like! I love tasks like this as you can't judge it by likeness as it's done 'blind' as it were, so you can just enjoy it for it's interesting line etc :)
Oops! Bet you enjoyed this but how brave of you to blog it. Now dare I?
Love it!! better than Picasso I say!
HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!! This is a giggle :-) Yeah, I think this must have been how Picasso worked - and his paintings sell for millions! x
No rude comments from me except if that is you then who is the women in your profile photo?!!!
These exercises are great and very freeing. I have a series of books and because it is 9.00 p.m. at night of course I cannot come up with the authors name. Typically the name will come to mind at 5.00 a.m lol. She wrote The Artist's Way amongst others.
Okay, I am now rambling so signing off.
