Sunday Stamper - Lace

Thanks to Joanne who spotted that this week's Sunday Stamper theme is Lace (aka Agadoo!) which fitted in well with the tag that I was making for our forum swap for Deb.

The lace flower is the same as the lace at the end of the tag but the top edge has a running thread through it which I gathered and tied off tightly (for those who don't do stitching!)  The background is one of my spray ink ones and I've used a mixture of Paperartsy and Artistic Outpost stamps with some UTEE and a rubon.

Saturday's Workout - AAI's

Being a bit dense sometimes, I couldn't work out what AAI meant on this week's Saturday Workout challenge and then it clicked "adirondack alcohol inks!" LOL - how could I resist!

Created by Hand - Alcohol Inks

Came across the Created by Hand challenge by chance yesterday. Had to have a go at this being such a fan of the old alcohol inks. I've done so many creations in the past with these inks. They are fab.

Addition: For those of you who have an eye for detail - I've just noticed a couple of splodges down by the tags. When I took the photo - it was getting dark and I had to go out into the garden to take the picture without the flash but it was raining. The "splodges" have now dried! LOL
