Well here's the napkin bag! About 18 months ago, a few of us bloggers got hooked on making bags out of tea towels. Really useful tote bags and I'm still using mine. The other day while strolling through John Lewis I spied these colourful napkins and it occurred to me they would make really cute bags. They are about 17 x 17 cm high with an 8cm gussett. The handles were virtually ready made as they are two of the side seams that I cut off in order to make the bag. They even have their own little label on.
A really useful little bag for those summer evenings when you don't need to carry much. Actually I think my friend's daughters might be after them - I've already given one away!

Theyre brilliant...would sell for a fair few quid here in Sussex. They'd be extremely popular.
What a great idea, the bags are sooooooo cute! My hubby just got me a sewing machine so as soon as I learn how to use it, this will definately go on my project list lol!!
