For Carrie

We haven't had a birthday on our forum for a while. This month it belongs to Carrie and this is what I made. I covered the chipboard frame in the background paper and then distressed and painted it. The flourish is also painted in matching colours. I filled in the frame with glossy accents to create a glass effect. It is starting to crack (which I thought might happen) and hopefully will add to the aged effect!
