A new challenge - Ready Steady Stamp - has just started. The idea is to use a set of 5 listed ingredients, in this case: a cat or dog, black or gold, 3 different brads, faux batik technique, book or newpaper page.
It gave me the opportunity of using the lovely Art Journey plate that I won recently (thanks Godelieve!). With regard to the faux batik - I ended up incorporating the piece of paper that I used to iron off the stamped image - hope it's still allowed!!! I'm going to mount this on acetate to make a birthday card.
EDIT: ah well - I did make one mistake - I didn't use 3 DIFFERENT brads. sorry guys! LOL

This is lovely Carol - the cat reminds me of ours when he was a kitten. I love that swirly border design and the metal 'cat' tag and paw frame add just the right touch.
