I only managed to come up with some very old bandage in the medicine cabinet and some sticky zinc oxide tape.
and then added some stamping.
I think they're very effective. If you want to have a go pop over here for more instructions and tonight ideas on how to store you new tapes!

Wow! These are great and will save you a fortune. My daughter makes hers by a different method but I must check yours out.

I used that paper plaster on a roll from the pound shop. Works well. Great colours and designs you have on yours.
