The butterfly stamp is from Kaisercraft, the "journey" stamp Technique Tuesday, the twigs and leaves Memory box dies. The rest is Tim stuff.
It was difficult to get a good pic of the flowers so here's a close up (which isn't great either lol)

I have to say that I had a "little moment" when I saw the similarities of our tags, and the fact that they ended up side by side and then when I read your comment about making the flowers, at that point I had to join your blog, you seem to be my other half in the bloggy world, except you make better flowers than me. lol I love the butterfly and the fact that you used a crystal ;) Great minds think alike! waving hi from the hills of North Carolina :)

Beautiful tag Carol and I love the flowers. Tags are such a lovely shape and I think I will have to include one or two in an altered book I have started to make for one of our daughters.
