Two of my forum friends had birthday's recently. I'm still not sure what crafting direction I'm heading in at the moment so have been trying some slightly different styles.
I've been mucking around with this one in Photoshop. It is actually black and white but because it was very dark you couldn't see the layers so I've lightened it slightly (and not very professionally lol).
I do like the stamps that are made to fit exactly with the nestabilities die cuts but you do have to be a clean stamper (hence my full rubbish bin!)

Loving this classic and elegant look Carol. Think you are very brave to stamp on a limited space, its certainly not the easiest of things to do unless you stamp it first and then die cut it. Annette x
Beautiful cards Carol - I love the texture on the first one. You should see the state I get in when I'm stamping - a 6yr old would keep cleaner and probably produce tidier work.

They are both beautiful, elegant cards Carol. I'm like Annette and stamp first then place my die and cut otherwise I wouldn't have a wastebin full of rejects, I'd have a dustbin full, Lol!

Love black and white myself - so classy - and the second card looks very classy too. Mmmm. might have to invest in some of the stamped sentiments - try stamping and then die cutting.

Well, I just have to say that being the recipient of the first card that it is absolutely gorgeous. I love the texture and elegance of it.
